Designed by famed Modernist architect Howard Meyer and built by Jerome Frank and Edward Dicker in 1957, this iconic 22-story building is one of the nation's few Modernist high-rise buildings listed in the National Register of Historic Places. At opening, 3525 was heralded as the "tallest, largest and most luxurious apartment building ever erected west of the Mississippi." In concept, the residences at 3525 were something totally new for Dallas and the Southwest. Originally available in five floor plans, units have evolved over time into 93 totally distinct luxury residences. The sweeping views of Downtown Dallas, the Turtle Creek Corridor, the Kalita Humphries Theatre, and more are unparalleled. Throughout its storied history 3525 has been, and continues to be, home to many notable Dallas citizens.
The Turtle Room offers a large, beautifully appointed community space where residents may host private events or gatherings. An adjacent catering kitchen is available for parties large or small.

The most remarkable and iconic aspect of the 3525 is its earth-toned sunscreen, or ”Brise Soleil.” Howard Meyer incorporated this ingenious architectural solution to ward off the hot Texas sun. Each panel is cleverly engineered to maximize views.
Available to residents and their guests, the suite can be reserved in advance for a modest fee. It features a king bed, pull out sofa bed, beautifully appointed living area, and private bath. Family coming for a visit? No worries.
The historic Katy Trail is easily accessible from nearby locations. Walk, jog, or bike in a natural setting that links many Dallas and Highland Park residential neighborhoods, businesses, and shopping.
